MeddApp - Your health at your fingertipsThe most important information you have is your health information for you and any doctor or healthcare professional to use for your care.It has to be complete and ordered in a way that makes sense and is confidential.Meddapp is an app that brings you and healthcare professionals together to easily view and record all information in a way that can be used in a consultation, wherever you are in the world.
Meddapp is a bundle of 3 apps:Meddrecord – a personal medical record and you can order a MeddcardMeddapp - HIMS – for healthcare professionals to manage their daily workloadMeddapp - PACS – the picture archiving and communication system to view all x-rays and scansMeddapp downloads to your mobile to create a Meddrecord, a Medical Record that you control.
You can:Add symptoms and record when they started and if they have stoppedTake pictures to add to symptoms e.g.
add a mole and take a picture of that moleAdd your conditions and diagnoses such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol diabetesAsk for a specialist opinion and book an appointment with a doctor to view your symptomsRecord allergies you may haveRecord your social history and care needsLog your diet requirementsRecord your current and past medicationsRecord and track your blood pressure readingsRecord your blood sugar valuesRecord your cholesterol and lipid profileRecord your liver function testsRecord your family historyRecord your vaccinations given and dueView referrals from your GP to specialist and view the outcome when readyUpload and view scanned reports of your paper medical historiesThe information recorded about you is important to your health and includes:Your date of birth to check how old you are, identify you, and check when you record your symptoms starting you don’t start them before you were born for example!!
